KLM was looking for a way to communicate their new marketing strategy to their employees. After emersion into the world of KLM I was confident enough to interview 4 employees from all over the organisation. Goal was to steer them towards stories that subscribe to the new strategy. With 3 more hours per person of filming ‘in the field’ I made 4 portraits out of it. I can’t share the complete videos but I can share some screenshots and sequences.
